Tiffany Lim is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 25 years of broad-based experience in HR management, industrial relations management and training and development with various multinational and local companies. Her forte lies in relationship management, industrial relations, performance management, talent development, corporate communications, customer service and interpersonal communications skills.

The following are some highlights of her career:

  1. Built and maintained a harmonious and amicable management-union relations with 2 different unions within an organisation;
  2. Active participation and completion of a major job-grading exercise involving more than 1,000 employees;
  3. Successfully facilitated a couple of merger and acquisition exercises;
  4. Successfully completed a harmonisation exercise of employment terms and conditions and benefits for 13 business units within an organisation;
  5. Successfully implemented a management trainee programme for a supermarket chain; and
  6. Successfully designed, developed and conducted many in-house training programmes in the areas of HR, performance management, grievance resolution, progressive disciplinary management, customer service and telephone etiquette.

In her last assignment as Business HR Manager, Tiffany provided advice, coaching and consulting to the management team on all HR issues and implications of business initiatives. Her extensive exposure and experience in working with individuals from all walks of life have provided her with the necessary insights and ability to relate effectively with diverse levels of managers, staff and associates.

Tiffany's strong passion in providing quality learning and development solutions to help individuals unleash potential talents to achieve both personal and corporate objectives for growth has driven her to become a full-time trainer. She holds a Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Personnel Management. She has also attained the Advanced Certificiate in Training and Assessment, accredited by the Workforce Development Agency. Tiffany is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and is conversant in major local Chinese dialects.
